How to verify my email address

Once you have registered an account, Flora National GEN. TRAD. Co. W.L.L., will send the verification link to your email address. By clicking the link, you can verify your email address. If you did not receive an email in your INBOX, please check it in the SPAM or JUNK Folder. You can also request the new verification link from your account account page by clicking the Verify Email button.

How to verify my phone number

Once you have registered an account, Flora National GEN. TRAD. Co. W.L.L., will send the verification code to your phone number. You have to enter the code to verify your phone number. You can also request the new verification code from your account account page by clicking the Verify Phone button.

How to view my orders

Your orders are always stored under your account. You can view the orders by clicking the My Orders (available in the footer section) link. To view the order details (status, products and history), Please click the Track button.

Did not receive the code (Product PIN)

We deliver the code by email. If you did not receive the code in your INBOX, Please check it in the SPAM or JUNK folder.
Some orders required manual approval to deliver the card. You can check the order status and reason in the order details section

How to Re-Order

You can re-order any existsing order by visiting the My Orders page. In the Order details section, you will find the Re-Order button. By clicking the button you can place the new order without going and adding the products into your cart.

Order Status

Placed => Order placed and items removed from the cart.
Waiting for Payment => Order placed and customer redirected to the payment gateway.
Processing => Payment confirmed and we are in the process of card delivery.
Delivered => Cards are delivered successfully.

Failed => Order failed.
Cancelled => Payment failed, so we cancelled the order.
OnHold => Payment confirmed and order not yet processed. Need manual approval to process the order.
Refunded => if the Product is out of stock, then amount will be refunded automatically.
